Renal Timing is an educational website dedicated to understanding how blood pressure timing, circadian rhythm, and physiology influence kidney health. Rather than focusing solely on clinic readings or target numbers, the platform explains blood pressure as a continuous 24-hour exposure that affects kidneys differently depending on when it occurs. Many harmful patterns—such as early-morning surges, nighttime non-dipping, stress-related spikes, and mistimed treatment—often go unnoticed until chronic kidney disease (CKD) has already progressed. Renal Timing exists to make these invisible patterns visible. Grounded in physiology and informed by lived experience, the site translates complex concepts into clear, accessible education for patients, families, clinicians, and health advocates. Its goal is not to replace medical care, but to support earlier awareness, better questions, and more precise conversations about blood pressure and kidney protection.
